Job description

As a Junior Quality Control & Measurement Technician at ADJ Group Europe, you will support the quality and performance of professional event lighting products by conducting acoustic and light measurements and documenting results according to QC procedures. You will gain hands-on experience with systems such as LabSpion VIS, work closely with Quality Control, Product Management, and R&D teams, and develop your technical skills through structured on-the-job training in a modern working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform noise and acoustic measurements on professional event lighting products in a sound-isolated measurement cabin
• Carry out light, color and performance measurements using the LabSpion VIS system on site
• Prepare, set up and assist with measurements according to defined internal QC procedures
• Document measurement results and support basic evaluation and plausibility checks
• Work closely with Quality Control, Product Management and R&D teams
• Receive structured on-the-job training in measurement methods, systems and internal standards

Qualifications

• Technical education or practical experience in event technology, lighting technology or electronics
• Basic technical understanding of professional lighting products
• Interest in measurement, testing and quality processes
• Careful, structured and reliable working style
• Willingness to learn and develop technical measurement skills
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German is an advantage.
• Based near Kerkrade, the Netherlands.
