We are currently looking for a:
ACCOUNT MANAGER EMEA

Your Role as Account Manager EMEA
You work independently, navigate easily at various levels within organizations, and have a keen eye for commercial opportunities. With your energy, empathy, and entrepreneurial spirit, you are able to enter new markets and grow existing clients.
As Account Manager EMEA, you carry full responsibility for the commercial process within your region. You build strong customer relationships and add value in coordination with Technical Resources to ensure superior product performance for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the entire sales process: from first contact to contract.
- Achieve commercial targets and contribute to profitable growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the EMEA region.
- Advise customers on technical applications and process optimization.
- Identify market trends and introduce innovative products.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide the best customer solutions.
- A completed (technical) higher education degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
- Commercial experience, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Affinity with or knowledge of the glass industry is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
- Independent, proactive attitude with a focus on both results and relationships.
- Solution-oriented thinking and energized by working in a dynamic, international environment.
