About the Role
Elation is expanding its global brand presence and is seeking a Brand Manager for the EMEA & UK region.
In this role, you will help strengthen Elation’s visibility and relationships with lighting designers, rental companies, integrators, and key industry partners across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the United Kingdom. Working closely with our global brand and marketing teams, you will play an active role in how Elation products are represented in the field, support major product launches, capture regional content, and build long-term relationships within the design community.
This position mirrors our US Brand Manager role and is a key element of Elation’s unified global brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Designer & Industry Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lighting designers, programmers, operators, production companies, and creative teams across EMEA & the UK
- Support and host designer demos, open houses, preview events, and studio visits
- Represent the Elation brand at major industry events, theatres, festivals, and touring rehearsals
- Capture regional stories, case studies, project photos, and designer interviews for global marketing use
- Provide regular updates to the global marketing team on notable projects, references, and opportunities
- Ensure all EMEA & UK brand communication aligns with Elation’s global voice and messaging
- Drive awareness and engagement for new products within the Paragon, Rebel, KL, and Proteus product families
- Coordinate regional demo activities together with the sales team and local partners
- Gather structured product feedback from designers and rental houses to support ongoing product development
- Identify influential designers, studios, venues, events, and production houses where Elation can strengthen its presence across EMEA & the UK
- Proactively introduce key Elation product lines within the regional specification community
- Support distributor and dealer activities with brand-level resources when required
- Work closely with EMEA sales leadership to support strategic opportunities and long-term relationships
- Help increase pull-through by improving early-stage awareness and designer engagement
- Maintain strong alignment with the US Brand Manager to ensure a consistent global approach
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong understanding of professional entertainment lighting, design workflows, and production environments
- Established relationships within the EMEA and/or UK designer or rental community are a strong advantage
- Experience in brand management, designer relations, product specialist roles, or marketing within entertainment technology
- Confident communicator, comfortable leading demos and representing the brand in professional settings
- Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and balance multiple priorities
- Proactive, self-driven mindset
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to attend industry events, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Comfortable capturing basic photo and video content for marketing purposes
- Organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
