WorkingED Logo Our Client ISPharma is a mail-order pharmacy with a manufacturing site located in Maastricht. Our client has a focus on reliable and fast delivery to patients with rare diseases.

Their expert and specially trained staff provide patients with everything they need. Medicines for rare diseases are rarely in demand and therefore out of stock at most pharmacies. For patients,this often means long waiting times before they get their medicines. They are specialized in rare diseases and always delivers medicines used in the therapies and they support quickly and reliably (usually within 24 hours). Their goal is to improve their patients' quality of life.

Due to further growth of their manufacturing – cleanroom location in Maastricht, we are looking for a:

SITE MANAGER MANUFACTURING - CLEANROOM

(minimum of 32 hours a week)


As a key leadership figure, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production processes and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

After a thorough induction, your duties are:
  • Operational management and leadership of the manufacturing – cleanroom site, currently a team of 15 team members and growing
  • Ensuring smooth and quality-compliant daily manufacturing processes
  • Close cooperation with the responsible dispensing pharmacist
  • Personnel management in coordination with the HR department
  • Compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements under German and Dutch law
  • Establishment, maintenance, and ongoing development of a quality management system aligned with the UHP Group standards
  • Regular KPI analysis and reporting to the management
  • Close coordination with logistics in PHSL and the manufacturing lead in Lorsch (Germany).
What do you bring:
  • Degree in pharmacy, bio medical life sciences, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in pharmaceutical production or (cleanroom) manufacturing, ideally with leadership responsibility
  • Solid knowledge of German and Dutch regulatory frameworks (e.g., AMG, ApBetrO, GMP)
  • Proven experience in building and managing quality management systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach and high level of commitment
  • Good command in English and German, Dutch is a plus
