PRODUCTIEOPERATOR NACHTDIENST – 0,8 FTE
Maandag t/m donderdag 22:00 tot 06:00 – Locatie: Belfeld (L)Als Productie operator ben je, samen met je collega’s, verantwoordelijk voor het produceren van onze 3D-printfilamenten volgens de juiste specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit:
- Je zorgt voor een schone, veilige werkplek
- Je zorgt dat alle materialen klaarstaan en perfect zijn voorbereid
- Je start machines op, stelt ze goed in en levert filament dat precies aan de specificaties voldoet
- Je bedient onze productielijnen en maakt hoogwaardig 3D-printfilament
- Je droogt en conditioneert materialen zodat de kwaliteit top blijft
- Je stelt de inkleurunit en andere instellingen slim af
- Je bewaakt koelwater en procescondities en houdt alles stabiel
- Je verpakt het eindproduct netjes en volgens de afspraken
- Je bouwt machines om en doet klein onderhoud als echte vakman/vakvrouw
- Aan het einde van je dienst laat je de lijn schoon, netjes en ‘ready to go’ achter
- Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben. Motivatie, technisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid vinden wij minstens zo belangrijk.
- Je hebt technische basiskennis op VMBO of soortgelijk niveau, maar vooral ben je handig, technisch aangelegd en pak je dingen snel op.
- Ervaring in een technische productieomgeving is een plus
- Geen ervaring? Ook welkom als je handig, leergierig en technisch aangelegd bent
- Kennis van kunststoffen is mooi meegenomen
- Je draait graag mee in een ploegendienst, Je werkt graag in een vaste nachtdienst
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van een schone, overzichtelijke werkplek
- Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels (of allebei)
- Vier nachten per week werken: maandag t/m donderdag
- Salaris: €2.500 – €2.800 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur (afhankelijk van ervaring)

Due to our success and the continued growth of our organization, we are looking for a:
PRODUCTION OPERATOR NIGHT SHIFT – 0.8 FTE
Monday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00 – Location: Belfeld (L)As a Production Operator you are, together with your colleagues, responsible for producing our 3D printing filaments according to the correct specifications and quality standards. Your tasks include:
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment
- Making sure all materials are prepared, available and in perfect condition
- Starting up machines, setting them correctly and delivering filaments that meet specifications
- Operating our production lines and producing high-quality 3D printing filament
- Drying and conditioning materials to maintain top quality
- Setting the coloring unit and other machine settings in a smart and efficient way
- Monitoring cooling water and process conditions to keep everything stable
- Packing the finished product neatly and according to our standards
- Changing over machines and carrying out minor maintenance as a skilled operator
- Leaving the production line clean, tidy and “ready to go” at the end of your shift
- You don’t need years of experience. Motivation, technical insight and accuracy are just as important to us.
- You have basic technical knowledge at VMBO or similar level, but above all you are practical, technically minded and a quick learner.
- Experience in a technical production environment is a plus
- No experience yet? You’re still welcome if you are handy, eager to learn and technically inclined
- Knowledge of plastics is an advantage
- You are happy to work in shifts and specifically in a fixed night shift
- You work accurately and like a clean, well-organized workplace
- You speak Dutch or English (or both)
- Four-night shifts per week: Monday to Thursday
- Salary: €2,500 – €2,800 gross per month based on 40hrs (depending on experience)
- A generous 37% shift allowance on top of your salary
