Are you ready to take logistics operations to the next level? Join our dynamic Supply Chain Management team as a Logistics Specialist and play a key role in optimizing our distribution processes and supplier performance!
What you will do:
- Supply Chain Optimization: Ensure efficient and effective physical distribution management. Monitor service levels using KPIs and take action to improve performance where needed.
- Supplier & Contract Management: Maintain daily contact with key suppliers, manage contract conditions, coordinate subcontractor activities, and provide input for contract negotiations.
- Planning & Sourcing: Execute planning activities and support sourcing decisions by analyzing market trends, cost drivers, and supplier performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Support: Deliver insights and data for decision-making, resolve complex queries, and support stakeholder engagement through meetings and reporting.
- System & Data Management: Utilize logistics systems and tools to manage inventory, analyze supply chain data, and support operational excellence.
- Invoice verification: Ensure timely and accurate processing of all logistics-related invoices, verifying correctness and compliance with agreements.
- Drive operational excellence across logistics and supply chain processes.
- Strengthen supplier relationships and ensure high service levels.
- Contribute to strategic sourcing and cost optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain Management area.
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related area.
- Strong skills in supplier management, contract handling, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in logistics systems and inventory management tools.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
