Job Purpose
The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for supporting the Dutch legal entities of the Bracco Group from a financial standpoint. This role entails coordinating all accounting and treasury activities, managing financial planning and control processes, and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger functions, and bookkeeping in connection with both the Europe Finance Shared Service and external accounting firms.
  • Lead the financial reporting processes for the Dutch legal entities.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing activities in line with the guidelines of the Corporate Headquarters.
  • Oversee the preparation of statutory reports for external auditors and Corporate Headquarters.
  • Drive and coordinate balance sheet analysis and review processes with HQ, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations according to group standards.
  • Prepare and coordinate all audit activities related to the year-end close.
  • Monitor cash flow and net financial positions of the Dutch entities, ensuring accurate cash forecasting in collaboration with Corporate Treasury.
  • Support global transfer pricing processes with local analyses and required documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax calculations and provisions in compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the full P&L of the Dutch legal entities, including annual budgets and quarterly estimates.
  • Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, presenting a comprehensive business review package to regional senior management and HQ.
  • Develop financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support regional management decision-making.
  • Support the preparation, operating mechanism and business review for the Board of Directors of the Dutch legal entities.
  • Lead the Accounting team in Netherlands.
Education, Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration, with expertise in IFRS.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance roles, covering Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Statutory Reporting in multinational companies with a matrix structure.
  • Leadership experience in an international environment.
  • Experience in stakeholder and change management.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills; able to effectively communicate with team members, peers, senior management, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HFM systems (preferably Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Planning), and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • Fluency in business English and Dutch.
