Customer Service Specialist (German Market)

About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist II, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers in the German market. You will work closely with our Customer Service Specialist for Germany and collaborate with Customer Service Administrators responsible for order processing, install base management, and service contract handling.
What will you do
- Act as helpdesk and first customer contact for the German market
- Handle and manage service calls and complaints as case owner
- Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotes
- Support the Sales & Clinical team in Germany
- Coordinate and manage external service providers for preventive maintenance and interventions, including data processing
- Handle administrative processing of customer data and invoicing
- Manage sales and processing of service contracts
- Participate in internal and cross functional projects
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ACIST Quality Management procedures
- MBO-level (advanced vocational education)
- Approximately 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in an international environment
- Experience in the medical device sector is a strong advantage
- Preferably good knowledge of SAP
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Near native German language skills
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High sense of responsibility with a proactive and independent working style
