We are looking for a fulltime:

TECHNICAL SERVICE SPECIALIST, APPLICATION EQUIPMENT (M/F)


The Technical Service Specialist is a key function in after sales support of Fendt machinery. Industry leading after sales support is fundamental for being able to increase the sales of Fendt products. The Technical Service Specialist has to make sure that our dealer staff receives the correct information. He/she also influences the speed of problem resolution. Professionalism and maintaining the highest level of integrity is necessary. Even in the face of occasional product
reliability issues, a positive ethos should be preserved. He/she reports directly to the Team Lead,
Technical Support. Application machinery is the main product for this function.

Main Job tasks:
  • Provide telephone, email and Salesforce support to EME distributors and AGCO field staff on Fendt application products.
  • Provide field support to dealers and distributors in EME on Fendt application products as required.
  • Load AGCO knowledge based system with details of all service calls.
  • Assemble and reporting issues back to source factories and assist with solutions.
  • Visiting source factories for training and service review meetings.
  • Managing field campaigns on designated Fendt products. 
  • Provide technical support to warranty staff when required.
  • Provide technical support to technical publications when required.
Who do we search:
  • HBO/HTS, WTB, automotive, technical or agricultural.
  • Need to understand the operation of electrical and hydraulic circuits.
  • Able to apply engineering principles to solve problems on Fendt machinery.
  • Role is a mixture of tasks, procedures and application of engineering principles.
  • Agricultural background preferable.
  • Fluent English speaker, German and French preferable.
  • Basic MS Office, computer and administration skills.
  • Flexible, team player with good attention to details.
  • Driving license B is mandatory.
  • to travel frequently (20-30%).
