CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ITALIAN AND ENGLISH SPEAKING)

It’s a fulltime position (40 hours a week) in a high ambitious environment


Job Description
  • This position will be the one point of contact for customers/end users and other subsidiaries of the company. This position has the responsibility of providing first class service to exceed customers’ expectations as well as meeting the requirements of the headquarter;
  • Maintaining and expanding of excellent working relationship at all levels with customers, end users, internal departments as well as other subsidiaries the company;
  • Handle customers’ queries and suggest relevant solutions in the given timeline in order to keep customers satisfied;
  • Assist in activities in order to increase the demand for more utilization of the company’s products.

Specific tasks include:
  • Receive sales orders to initiate and coordinate on-time delivery to customers;
  • Work with customers to form equitable performance standards for future measurement;
  • Receive shipment confirmation from customers on regular basis;
  • Provide support to the Country Manager in key account management;
  • Follow up with and receive instructions from end users for de-hiring and coordinate on-time collections;
  • Continuously seeking improvement on service level KPI’s;
  • Monitor sale figures and prepare regular management reports;
  • Regular Inventory audits and Customer Service review visit.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you are a pro-active team player with a distinct drive for execution and results. You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and are able to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues in other departments and disciplines. Managing several tasks and projects at once poses no problem for you.

Further requirements:
  • Candidate should preferably have some customer service experience;
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory;
  • Computer skills with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
  • Candidate should have a hands-on approach. The candidate should also have a flexible mindset and should perform adequate in case of stressful situations especially during peak seasons;
  • Candidate must have a good working attitude with strong sense of urgency to accomplish defined and yet challenging goals set by the Group;
  • Candidate is currently living in the South of the Netherlands.
