The Company
Our client is an international leading manufacturer of innovative protective packaging materials and systems.

For their subsidiary in Heerlen, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative Germany.

It’s a fulltime temporary position till the end of September 2019. Possibly there is an opportunity for longer and a long-term contract.

Assignments
As a Customer Service Representative you are the most important interface between the customer and the international organization. You ensure that customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately, manage their services to customers and transfer product knowledge.

Your tasks are:
  • Support the German sales reps, distributors and engineers;
  • Establish and maintain an effective relationship with distributors and end customers;
  • Organise and manage the sales order process from offer to invoice;
  • Register and co-ordinate customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Answer, transfer and monitor reported machine service calls;
  • Proactive internal and external communication (incl. monthly reporting).
Requirements
  • MBO+/HBO (Bachelor) level of working and thinking;
  • Several years of relevant work experience (order processing and customer relationship);
  • Very good (near native) in German and also fluent in English;
  • Preferably knowledge of Dutch, but it is not a requirement;
  • Good computer skills and experience with an ERP system and MS Office packages, experience with Oracle is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of, or affinity with, logistic processes;
  • Pro-active attitude and hands-on mentality;
  • Time management;
  • Affinity with sales en strong focus on customer satisfaction;
  • Teamplayer.
