Position Summary
The jobholder supports establishing the corporate brand image for all relevant stakeholders through effective communications and helping the European subsidiaries to meet their objectives through Corporate Communication activities, e.g., digital media, internal communications, and event management. This position also requires to create informative contents, articles, and media opportunities to promote the SEKISUI brand, its products, and services.

Reporting Line
Head of Corporate Communications of SEKISUI EUROPE B.V. (“SEBV”)

Essential Job Duties
  • Plans and delivers effective corporate and media communications and manages the SEBV communication channels (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Website/ Newshub, internal newsletter, internal narrowcast)
  • Develops content for all SEBV communication channels (i.e., owned, earned, paid)
  • Manages copy writing in English
  • Leads and coordinates projects with external partners/ agencies
  • Creates informative and impactful press releases, press kits, newsletters, and corporate marketing materials
  • Supports other departments within SEBV on communication matters such as communication material, give-aways, and announcements, etc.
  • Supports other European subsidiaries in communication matters
  • Regularly communicates with colleagues from other European subsidiaries (i.e., Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Sales)
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing and/or communications
  • At least two years demonstrated experience in public relations, marketing and/or communications
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
  • Skilled at using on- and offline media to advance business priorities and amplify the corporate narrative
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-starter, independent and pro-active worker with the ability to successfully work on different projects at the same time
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing work priorities effectively, maintaining composure and responding positively to change
  • Effective communication skills in English including verbal and written
  • Eligible to work and live in EU country
  • Able to regularly visit the SEBV office in Roermond, the Netherlands
