Located in our Maastricht-office we are looking for an enthusiastic part time colleague, that will join the European HR-team as:

HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE - M/F

Parttime 32 hours per week – Dutch, German and English


The HR Representative supports, coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities. Provides personalized, excellent support to customers by answering their queries and processing their requests in a timely, professional and welcoming manner. Maintains the personnel- and salary-administration in compliance with legal and company regulations.

Your job
  • Provides support to all customers, delivers first contact resolutions, answers queries and processes requested information.
  • Performs and administers all HR administrative activities through the Human Capital Management system Workday; prepares employees correspondence (e.g. contract change, termination, parental leave, employment contracts, etc.) and creates internal announcements (new hires, organizational changes, award-program, end of temporary contracts etc.).
  • Handles the personnel administration by creating new employee files, maintains employee files record up-to-date, handles changes in employee status (address changes, change in civil status etc.), administrative handling of new employees or employees leaving (see to it that all the necessary documents are processed).
  • Performs and answers queries of the salary administration for Netherlands and Belgium (preparing the monthly payroll, conducting necessary processes for payment of the various components of salary, such as overtime, sales bonuses, vacation pay, payments related to dismissals etc.). Maintains payroll records and handles payroll related questions from employees.
  • Pension administration for the Netherlands and Belgium: creates new records, changes and maintains records, employee terminations. Administration of WGA-gap insurance (disability) and ANW-gap insurance.
  • Supports guidance during sickness, administrates disability, reports illness and recovery to medical services and necessary parties.
  • Maintains archives in compliance with GDPR and legal retention periods.
  • Carries out other duties as assigned by management.
Your profile
  • Vocational background in HRM (MBO-level), 3- 5 years’ experience.
  • Knowledge of salary administration, labor- tax- and social security legislation.
  • Time management skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Computer literate, advance knowledge of MS-Office, Workday is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, German and English, verbal and written.
  • Outstanding customer focus, passionate and high energy.
  • Strong detail orientation, with focus on data quality.
