In this new position you have the unique opportunity to build a Global Talent Development Strategy including Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition. The Corporate HR department is growing and we are looking for an entrepreneurial new colleague to join the team in Maastricht. You will report directly to the Global Head of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a global talent Acquisition strategy partnering with the Head of HR and senior business leaders
Understand all talent challenges within the geographical regions and business lines; build up global talent capabilities
Provide leadership across areas of professional talent identification, succession and talent processes delivering a unified talent experience
Conduct individual leadership, career and talent assessments as appropriate using a variety of tools
Lead or participate in global projects as assigned, i.e. EVP, assessments, new workforce skills
Design, build and manage an inbound marketing and branding/awareness strategy for ARLANXEO.

Professional / Personal skills
  • Ability to influence leaders and turn Talent Management into a priority
  • Ability to build network of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to frequently assess/measure impact of programs
  • Ability to operate autonomously and represent the company externally
  • Contribute to the overall corporate strategy
  • 5-8 year experience in an international environment.
  • Minimal Bachelor’s Degree,
  • Strategic and creative. You have a vision for the future of talent management and likes to test new ways of doing things
  • Strong interpersonal skills. You can effectively communicate, empathize and build trust at all levels
  • Self-starter with strong execution
