For our TSS (The Slide Solution) department we are looking for an:

EMPLOYEE LOGISTICS

0,5 fte


The position:
As Employee Logistics, you are responsible for the entire logistical process. From receiving goods to picking orders. You will process all the TSS orders and you will be responsible for sending customer orders to several countries all over the world.
You are responsible for ensuring that the physical stock matches the stock in our ERP system.
In addition, you are responsible for cleaning up the warehouse. If necessary, you will answer direct questions from customers.
As Employee Logistics you will be part of our TSS-Team (five colleagues). You will report directly to the Manager of the department.

Your challenge:
  • Accepting and checking the amount of incoming of goods ordered by Arion. Reporting of discrepancies;
  • Placing the received goods on the shelves;
  • The entire process from order processing up to and including preparation for shipment;
  • Packing, checking and sending complete customer orders;
  • Responsible for the number and quality of outgoing goods;
  • Responsible for order, cleanliness and safety in the warehouse;
  • Will take the initiative to improve the logistics process;
  • Maintaining contact with external logistic providers in different countries.

  • Minimum MBO degree ( 3rd level) in logistics or a similar education;
  • Knowledge of ERP-systems would be an advantage;

  • Hands-on mentality;
  • You are available every day in the afternoon;
  • For this position it is important that you are in a good physical condition.
