As a Data Scientist in the Research & Investment Strategy team, you take care of the quality of the internal AVM’s (Automated Valuation Model) and forecasting models. Furthermore you support the Fund Managers in answering investment questions. Formulation and quantification of investment strategies according to data-analyses, can also be part of the tasks.
The professionals working at CRIM Benelux GmbH are demanding, tenacious and responsible. Within Data Science you provide statistics for advanced users with the aim of interpreting the data and drawing valuable conclusions from it. You solve the most complex problems with algorithms. You will build and validate models to cover risks and optimize processes, so they can be used to create new or improved products and services.
Functie-eisen:
As the ideal candidate, you have:
- 5+ years of work experience in the real estate industry;
- 3+ years of active programming experience in Python (preferred) or R;
- A "make-it-happen" mindset. You love continuous improvement, and are eager to develop your skills;
- CRIM headquarters is located in Berlin; the CRIM Benelux office is in Maastricht, so you are willing and able to travel on a regular basis.
