In this new position you have the unique opportunity to support the development of a new corporate Total Rewards department. The Corporate HR department is growing fast and we are looking for entrepreneurial new colleagues to join the various HR disciplines. As member of the Total Rewards Team, you will support the organization with market analysis, reporting and administration of global reward programs. You will report to the Global Head of Total Rewards & Mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benchmark the Total Rewards offering per country and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Participate in the annual surveys of 3rd party data suppliers
  • Coordinate the annual Merit and Bonus cycle, provide analytic and admin support
  • Create and maintain a global overview of all Compensation & Benefit programs
  • Create procedures and instructions to the HR Teams and coordinate workflows globally
  • Update and maintain the global salary structures
  • Participate in Global Reward projects
  • Support Country HR Teams with their data compliance SAP/ SuccesFactors
  • Align with the HR IT department on process flows and HRIS requirements
  • Support in the administration and communication of Executive Reward Programs
Professional / Personal skills
  • 3-5 year experience in an Analyst/ Data Management role, preferable in the area of Rewards
  • Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Finance or HR
  • Self-starting, eager to learn and develop (the role can grow with the job holder)
  • Details oriented and organized
  • Enthusiastic about analysis and developing reports, high analytical skills
  • HRIS experience (ideally SAP and SuccessFactors)
  • Highly skilled in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English, Dutch or German is a plus
