For our Finance Department, we are looking for a:

The position
As a you work in a team of 3 colleagues in the Financial Shared Service Center of the parent company Arion Holding B.V. and her 15 (foreign) subsidiaries. We are looking for a reliable Finance Employee to assist in all financial work activities under the supervision of the Finance Manager. The goal is to contribute to keep the accounting and financial processes of the company up to standard and ensure accurate financial reporting and control.

Your challenge
  • Record day to day financial transactions;
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner;
  • Verify that transactions are recorded in the general ledger, suppliers ledger and customer ledger;
  • Manage journal entries, invoices etc. and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing;
  • Participate in preparation for the annual audit.
Our needs

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Control, Accountancy or a similar education;
  • Three years of relevant work experience;
  • Work experience in Accountancy is an advantage;
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g. Exact Globe and Synergy);
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize;
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability;
  • Deadline and results-oriented;
  • Effective in both verbal and written English communication;
  • Knowledge of the German language is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of tax legislation;
  • Ability to bring innovative solutions and work independently in a result driven culture.
